NLA was born out of the international firm PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2001. The founding directors John Naylor, Michael Lawrence and Linda Gray saw an opportunity for a more locally focused business advisory firm. They also recognised a growing demand for financial advice and, in 2010, formed NLA Financial Advisers Limited (now Tailorednz). Most recently joined by directors Nathan Hopcroft and Melanie Strydom, NLA is today one of the region’s largest accountancy firms offering a full range of services to clients in a variety of industries.
Consilium (NZ) Limited
Consilium began life in 1998 as Bradley Nuttall Limited, a firm tracing its roots back to the 1980s. With such a solid legacy, Consilium is at the top of its field in providing the level of diversified investment strategies and analysis support required to provide superior client focused advice.

Strettons (Chartered Accountants)
Launched in the 1950s, today Taupo-based Strettons is the largest business advisory and accountancy firm in the Central Plateau. Directors Daniel Britten, Coralie Wedekind, Robert Veitch, Michelle Barnett and Kelly O’Reilly-Ward are driven towards protecting their clients and reputation. In August 2013, Tailorednz Limited and Stretton & Co Limited jointly formed Stretton’s Wealth Management which is now known as Tailorednz. This entity provides client-centric, Unaligned solutions, which deliver faster wealth creation, less risk and ultimately greater success.
